Abraham Lincoln Signs Document to establish the Uintah Valley Reservation 1863.

Congressional Act of May 5, 1864 designating the Uinta Valley for the "Exclusive use and occupancy" of the " Indians of Utah Territory"   This act establishes Recognized Indian Title to the Uinta Valley Reservation. The Timpanogos are listed here as Timp-nog
